**Job Title:**
LVN / LPT ( On-call )
**Division/Program:**
Capital Star Crisis Residential Program
**Starting Compensation:**
33.00 - 47.00 USD Per Hour
**Working Location:**
Sacramento: Crisis Residential Program (In-person position)
**Working Hours/Shift:**
On Call, 12 hours shift (8:00 am to 8:30 pm)

**What you bring to SBHG** (qualifications)**:**
**Education:**
* Graduation from an accredited school of licensed vocational nursing or psychiatric technology required.
* Associate's degree, preferred.
**Experience**
* One (1) year service experience working as a nurse in a behavioral health field
* One (1) year medication administration experience required.
**License or Certification:**
* Valid California LVN or LPT license.
* Current CPR certification.
**How you will make a difference** (job overview):
The LVN / LPT provides direct client care including medications and basic medical intervention and education, following standard nursing practices.
**Division/Program Overview:**
* **Programs:** Voluntary Residential Program for Transition-Age Youth (TAY)
* **Population Served:** At-risk Transition-Age Youth (TAY) needing a higher level of care short of psychiatric hospitalization | Capacity: Up to 15 youth
* **Facility & Setting:** 24/7 Voluntary Residential Facility
* **Clinical Services:** Individual therapy, group rehabilitation, medication management, and clinical case management
* **Length of Stay:** Extended residential treatment timeline (varies based on individual stabilization, recovery, and housing transition goals)
