Machine Operator

**Job Title:** Machine Operator **Job Description:** **The Role:**  Machine Operator at Yonezawa site in Japan as part of manufacturing team in APS Operation.   This position will be responsible for manufacturing process.   **What you will do:**   * Operate manufacturing equipment to perform all manufacturing process steps based on the production order.   * Perform In Process and final inspection of products ensuring in process control and product quality.     * Maintain process records and other relevant documentation. Enter necessary values and comments into SPA.   **What we seek:**  * High school diploma required  * Previous manufacturing experience in similar types of industries preferred.  * Good writing and interpersonal skills.  * Ability to cooperate and collaborate with other team members.   * Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office programs.  **Outstanding candidates will have :**  * Strong communication and problem solving skills  * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.   * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.  * Ability to perform manufacturing processes and handle materials responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)  * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, navigate challenges and proactively seek solutions.
