About the role ============== Job Summary Responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures that machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and safety protocols are followed. **Key Responsibilities** * Set up and operate machinery according to instructions. * Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments. * Inspect products for quality and report defects. * Maintain a clean and safe work area. * Record production data and report issues. * Follow safety and operational procedures. **Qualifications / Requirements** * Vocational training (or equivalent experience) with up to 2 years of relevant experience. * Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. * Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina. * Willingness to learn and work in a team environment. * Familiarity with production tools and equipment is a plus.
