We are currently looking for Independent Contractors who are **native German speakers with strong English proficiency and a strong background in language expertise.** In this role, you will evaluate **English-to-and-from-German machine translations** to help enhance one of the world’s leading translation engines. **Requirements:** \- Native speaker of **German** \- Strong proficiency in **English** \- **Professional language expertise is required** (e.g., linguist, translator, language teacher or similar language-related background) **Compensation:** **The project rate is $10.95 per file.** Each file should take approximately **15–20 minutes** to complete, resulting in an estimated effective hourly rate of **$32.85–$43.80 per hour**, depending on completion speed. **Important**: When applying, make sure to select both **German** and **English** as your primary and/or additional languages.
