Join us and lay the foundation for your success. **Apply today!** The Lead Machinist is responsible for Mastercam programming, CNC operations, and has strong knowledge of tools and machining techniques. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to fixture work creatively, and familiarity with AI-assisted machining software.  **Duties and Responsibilities** * Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (Haas lathe and 5-axis milling) * Utilize Mastercam and CAM Assist or other AI software for machining processes * Ensure precision and quality by selecting the appropriate tooling for lathes and mills * Develop creative work-holding solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines * Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications * Maintain a safe and organized work environment * It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day. * Other duties as assigned.   **Qualifications** * 2+ years of CNC experience (Haas lathe and 5-axis milling)  * Proficiency in Mastercam for programming and setup * Manual lathe and milling experience preferred, but not required * Strong knowledge of tooling and machining techniques * Ability to work independently and lead by example **Working Conditions** * The Lead Machinist will be in an air-conditioned warehouse environment. * This role has a comp range between $65,000 and $85,000. * Physical requirements include talking, Hearing, Standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, handling, pushing and pulling, driving, sitting, and lifting.    **What We Provide** * Competitive Pay * Employee Company Ownership Opportunities * Industry Leading Training Programs * Leadership Development and Career Growth Tracks * Comprehensive and Affordable Benefits Package * Top Workplace with Award Winning Culture
