Position type: Hourly **Maintenance Assistant** **FULL-TIME | Rancho Cordova, CA** (On-site) Join our growing manufacturing team! We’re looking for a hands-on Maintenance Assistant to support equipment upkeep, facility cleaning, and supply runs. **Your tasks:** * Clean and maintain machines and floors * Assist with minor repairs and inventory * Handle recycling, hazmat, and supply pickups **Your profile:** * Forklift/scissor lift experience * Valid driver’s license & clean DMV record * Ability to lift 40 lbs * Team-oriented and dependable **Strong benefits:** * A stable job in an internationally established company * Complete benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Sick Time, PTO and 11 paid holidays per year * Competitive wages with annual increases bases on performance * Alcohol and drug-free workplace.
