**Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and performance.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
* Drive asset reliability improvements through data-driven maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain accurate GMP documentation, standard operating procedures, maintenance records, and compliance logs.
* Manage maintenance activities and work orders using SAP Plant Maintenance and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
* Support equipment projects, commissioning activities, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
* Coordinate vendors, safety requirements, and daily maintenance activities to ensure efficient site operations.
**Essential Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
* Up to 5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or manufacturing environments.
* Knowledge of pumps, agitators, vessels, piping systems, and industrial equipment.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
* Exposure to sterile, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments.
* Adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn, embrace new technologies, and drive continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with asset reliability principles, predictive maintenance practices, SAP, or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
