Maintenance Manager

**Job Description Summary:** * Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance in support the smooth running of the production process. **Job Description:** * Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set. * Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment. * Ensure calibration is on schedule. * Make improvements by modifying equipment / machines. * Coordinate the implementation of the project related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set. * Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and Ensure Correction action is implemented if there is a deviation. * Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy. * Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline. * Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration. * Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO). * Responsible for the development of employees in maintenance. * Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all equipment and equipment (cleanliness) environment (environment) in the work location. **Job Requirements:** * Bachelor degree (Mechanical Engineering) from reputable University. * Minimal 15 years experiences in chemical plant maintenance with minimal 5 years at managerial position. * Well verse with rotating equipment (pumps, fans, etc) and static equipment (like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, vacuum vessels, etc). * Good knowledge of electrical and instrument is necessary. * Able to lead the maintenance team to increase MTBF and reduce MTTR; to do effective RCA; improve the skill set of maintenance team. * Good project management skill in times of turnaround is added advantage. * **Willing to work in MEDAN.** **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
