Maintenance Manager

_As **Maintenance Manager**, you will lead the maintenance function of one of our main manufacturing plant in Italy, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production and facility equipment. You will lead the maintenance team, manage maintenance budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement and modernization projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements._ **WHAT YOU WILL DO** ==================== * _Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, corrective, emergency, and extraordinary maintenance_ * _Ensure the reliability and efficiency of production and facility equipment, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions_ * _Develop and implement maintenance plans, procedures, and performance monitoring systems_ * _Identify equipment reliability issues, prioritize interventions, and allocate resources effectively_ * _Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate external suppliers and technical service providers_ * _Lead plant modernization and technological improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy_ * _Oversee plant modifications and layout changes, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets_ * _Monitor maintenance KPIs, analyze performance trends, and drive continuous improvement actions_ * _Ensure compliance with safety procedures, legal requirements, inspections, certifications, and regulatory obligations_ * _Manage the maintenance budget and support cost optimization initiatives_ * _Research and evaluate new technologies, equipment, and maintenance best practices_ * _Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence_ **ABOUT YOU** ============= * _Technical degree or Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields)_ * _At least 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment_ * _Experience managing maintenance teams and coordinating external contractors and suppliers_ * _Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies, equipment reliability, and industrial plant operations_ * _Experience in maintenance planning, budgeting, and performance management_ * _Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to industrial facilities_ * _Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills_ * _Ability to collaborate effectively with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain functions_ * _Proactive mindset, flexibility, and strong continuous improvement orientation_ * _Experience in multinational organizations and in the plastics industry is considered a plus_ * _Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken_ **WHAT WE OFFER** ================= _W__e offer a **gross annual salary range of €48.600 – €60.800**, level Quadro according to “Gomma Plastica Industria” Italian CLA, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including:_ ✔ _Annual Bonus Plan_ ✔ _Hybrid working flexibility according to company needs._ _✔_ _A dynamic and collaborative work environment within a multicultural team_ ✔ _Tailored leadership and professional development opportunities to support your growth_ ✔ _Exposure to international projects and stakeholders_ ✔ _Opportunity to drive operational excellence and plant transformation initiatives_ ✔ _A culture focused on safety, innovation, and continuous improvement_ _The pay range above is a **general guideline** based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation.
