Maintenance Manager

You will join a collaborative, safety‑driven Operations team where your leadership will make a direct impact on plant performance, reliability, and continuous improvement. **Where You’ll Make a Difference** ---------------------------------- * Lead and manage the **Maintenance Department**, including performance management, development, and annual appraisals * Own maintenance execution across **preventive maintenance (PM), breakdown response, compliance inspections, and ad‑hoc work** * Ensure the **highest quality standards** in all maintenance and contractor work, with strict enforcement of **GMP and food safety requirements** * Drive a strong **safety culture**, partnering with EHS and Food Safety to ensure safe work practices and compliance * Lead and support **process safety initiatives**, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions * Manage **spare parts and MRO inventory** to minimize downtime and operational disruption * Track and analyze data related to **asset uptime, maintenance performance, and capacity improvements** * Provide technical expertise and leadership for **continuous improvement initiatives and equipment reliability** * Oversee **site Capex projects**, vendor engagement, and maintenance purchasing activities * Support site **emergency response teams**, drills, and actual incidents as needed **What Makes You the Right Fit** -------------------------------- * Technical education in **Electrical or Mechanical Engineering** or a related technical field * **10+ years** of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment * **5+ years** of people‑management or maintenance leadership experience * Strong experience with **PM programs, MRO/stock parts, permits, and asset reliability** * Hands‑on knowledge of **electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems** * Proven success driving **productivity improvements, equipment upgrades, or process changes** * Deep understanding of **GMP, food safety, and quality systems** * Experience implementing and sustaining **site‑wide safety and Process Safety Management (PSM) programs** * Ability to work flexible schedules when required, including evenings, weekends, or holidays **How Would You Stand Out?** ---------------------------- * Experience in **Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma** environments * Strong change leadership and coaching capability * Data‑driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement **Why Choose Us?** ------------------ * Be a **key member of the Operations Leadership Team**, reporting directly to the Site Plant Manager * Lead impactful work supporting products used by consumers globally * Opportunity to influence **plant strategy, reliability, and capacity expansion** * Work in a company that values **safety, inclusion, and employee development** We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
