Management Accountant Dayshift

Position: Management Accountant Salary: PHP 95,000 - PHP 140,000 Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays-Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM AEST RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysis * Monitor labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and client performance * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management * Reconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor costs * Analyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trends * Support end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes * Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulations * Partner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial performance * Prepare client profitability reports and KPI dashboards * Assist with audit preparation and statutory reporting * Identify process improvements and automation opportunities within finance and payroll systems QUALIFICATIONS: Essential * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline * 3+ years’ experience in management accounting * Experience in labour hire, recruitment, staffing, construction, healthcare, logistics, or workforce-heavy industries * Strong understanding of payroll costing and workforce-related financial analysis * Advanced Excel skills * Experience with accounting and payroll systems * Desirable * Knowledge of Australian labour hire regulations and awards * Experience with ERP systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or Pronto * Power BI or financial modelling experience Key Competencies * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * High attention to detail * Commercial mindset * Excellent communication and stakeholder management * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong organisational and time management skills Please mention the word \*\*PROPITIOUSLY\*\* and tag RMTA2LjIxOS4xNjIuODY= when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMTA2LjIxOS4xNjIuODY=).
