Through a combination of on-the-job training, formal learning, and four rotational assignments, trainees gain hands-on experience and insights across diverse functional areas.   We’re seeking a dynamic, collaborative, innovative, and resilient individual to join our growing team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in cross-functional rotations in areas such as Operations, Sales, Business Development and Marketing. * Support strategic projects and drive process improvement initiatives. * Analyze business data and generate reports to support decision-making. * Collaborate with teams to address real-world business challenges. * Present learnings and recommendations to senior management at program milestones. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field (recent graduates preferred). * Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Adaptable, curious, and eager to learn. * Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or internship experiences. **Benefits:** * Structured career development and mentorship. * Competitive compensation and benefits. * Opportunity for full-time placement upon successful completion of the program. **We look forward to receiving your application.
