Manager 2 Clinical Operations Fso and Fsp

**Are you passionate about developing people, driving operational excellence, and shaping the future of clinical research?** We are looking for a Manager II, Clinical Operations to lead a team of clinical research professionals across the UK/IRE. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within our evolving Clinical Network, supporting staff across both FSO and FSP delivery models. **What You'll Do** * Lead, coach and develop a team of clinical professionals. * Drive performance management, career development, engagement and succession planning. * Ensure high standards of quality, compliance and regulatory oversight. * Manage resource allocation, utilisation, workload forecasting and workforce planning. * Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development activities. * Partner with project teams, sponsors and operational leaders to ensure successful study delivery. * Champion continuous improvement, standardisation and operational excellence. **What We're Looking For** * Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 5 years' clinical research experience gained within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare environment * Experience supporting global or regional clinical trial delivery. * Previous people leadership experience with a proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams would be advantageous. * Ability to balance employee engagement with performance accountability. * Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, GCP and quality requirements. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management and coaching skills. **Why Join Us?** This role offers a unique opportunity to lead talent across both FSO and FSP business models, providing broad exposure to different sponsors, therapeutic areas and operational environments.
