**_Business Strategy_** * Define and drive the strategic roadmap for the English Business, with a clear focus on driving scalable growth. * Apply blue-sky and first-principles thinking to identify new growth levers, business models, and opportunity areas. * Translate the business strategy into actionable plans, working closely with category and functional teams to drive execution. **_Strategic Innovation & Industry Learning_** * Track trends, benchmarks, and innovations in media & entertainment and other industries, and translate them into actionable ideas for growth. * Build a broad, outside-in perspective that challenges status quo thinking within the business. **_Stakeholder Management & Execution_** * Partner closely with leadership, category teams, and cross-functional stakeholders (finance, marketing, programming) to align on priorities and drive strategic initiatives. * Manage multiple stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, driving consensus and follow-through. * Own end-to-end delivery of key strategic projects, from ideation to implementation. **_Communication & Executive Presentations_** * Build compelling narratives that combine data and storytelling to influence leadership decision-making. * Prepare and deliver high-quality executive presentations for leadership and business reviews. * Communicate complex strategic ideas simply and persuasively across levels of the organization.
