At **Fortrea**, we're looking for a **Manager, Central Monitoring** to lead a team of talented professionals driving Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) strategies across global clinical trials. ### What You'll Do ✅ Lead and develop a team of 8-20 Central Monitoring professionals ✅ Drive study-level risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring strategies ✅ Partner with sponsors, Clinical Team Leads, and Project Managers ✅ Leverage analytics and centralized monitoring tools to improve trial quality and efficiency ✅ Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence ### What We're Looking For * 10+ years of clinical research experience * Experience in Central Monitoring, RBM, or clinical monitoring oversight * Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial operations * Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills * Passion for mentoring teams and driving strategic impact ### Why Fortrea?
