Manager Chemical

**JOB DESCRIPTION:** -------------------- Provide support to Quality Control Manager, Validation team, Stability Section, Packaging Materials and Finish Goods for all activities taking place in QC and technical problem resolution. **Major Responsibilities:** * Assist Quality Control Manager to make sure the QC activities do not result in delay or non-availability of product/material, delay in introduction of new products, delay in implementation of CIP * To ensure that all Physical, Chemical, and instrumental testing are being performed as per authorized procedures for Finished Goods, Stability, Packaging and Raw materials and in process products * Review of daily planning of QC Lab and support for EHS activities * Disposition of Finished Goods, Raw Materials, Packaging Materials within agreed upon lead time and review of analytical data before final disposition * Support Quality Control Manager / QC Staff for technical problem resolution in QC Lab * To ensure timely completion of Non-Volume Related Activities (Test Method Validation, Cleaning validation, CSV, Training Schedule, Reference Standards, annual Calibration/Maintenance Schedule and adherence, LIR preparation, ER/CR raises and activities) * Plan and implement certification and reorientation schedule for all analysts and maintain the record * To ensure that one lot of raw materials which are included in list of skip testing must be tested (full specification) at least once a year or as required by procedure **Education/Knowledge & Experience:** * Science Graduate/Master; preferably Pharm D * 5-6 years’ experience in the same capacity  * Proficient in MS Office * Teamwork and problem-solving skills **The base pay for this position is** N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. **JOB FAMILY:** --------------- Operations Quality **DIVISION:** ------------- EPD Established Pharma **LOCATION:** ------------- Pakistan > Karachi : Plot No. 13, Sector 20, Korangi Industrial Area **ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:** ------------------------- **WORK SHIFT:** --------------- Standard **TRAVEL:** ----------- Not specified **MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:** ------------------------- Not Applicable **SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:** -------------------------------- Not Applicable
