Manager – Compliance

Ascensus is the leading independent technology and service platform powering savings plans across America, providing products and expertise that help nearly 16 million people save for a better today and tomorrow. **Roles & Responsibility:** * Monitor receipt of Census information to completion of Compliance Tests, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 reporting and being delivered to client on a timely basis. * Experience in retirement plan recordkeeping/administration with knowledge of IRS and Department of Labor. * Lead the design and delivery of a portfolio of Compliance tests to monitor compliance with Regulation and internal policy * Expert knowledge of Compliance Testing, Trust Accounting and Form 5500 of 401K plans and administration. * Preferably ASPPA certified or equivalent. * Conducting test checks/ testing reviews – Quarterly/Semi-annual / Annual basis * Proven leadership, management, and direct supervisory skills. * High level written and verbal communication and presentation skills. * Develop SLAs, lead process development and improvement * Understanding root cause / identifying control breaks * Implementation and Organizational Change Management skills **Education and experience:** * Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting background * Proven track record of working effectively in flexible work environment in a result-oriented approach **Skill Requirement:** * Should have communication skills, Problem solving and analytical skills * Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel * Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly * Flexibility in work culture (She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement) Good Knowledge in Reconciliation concepts _Be aware of employment fraud.
