Manager - Credit

**Define your future at HL Bank Singapore** **Functional** _(job responsibilities)_ * Assist in developing new / revise existing credit policy. * Perform credit risk monitoring on portfolio to analyze risk trends and identify root causes; including origination, quality portfolio risk migration, performance vintage quality and system development. * Partner with various stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and spearhead initiatives (eg scorecard development to improve underwriting) in order to enable profitable growth while minimizing credit risk exposures. * Maintain strong working knowledge on lending related regulations to ensure compliance and abreast of development and best practices in the industry. * Manage ongoing and ad-hoc reporting needs. * Engage and execute the dashboards on data visualization tool (eg Tableau). **Education/Qualification** * A recognized Degree in any discipline **Experience** * Minimum 5 years of risk management experience focusing on analytics and credit policy * Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau) **Special Skills** * Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills * Meticulous with an eye for details * Strong analytical skills and able to multi-task * Independent and self-motivated team player  _About HL Bank Singapore HL Bank Singapore is the Singapore branch of Hong Leong Bank, a premier regional financial services leader headquartered in Malaysia with a rich heritage of over 120 years.
