Manager in Digital Payments

As Manager Digital Payments, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative payment solutions across our global organization. Working at the intersection of Finance & Treasury, IT, Accounting, and diverse Business Areas, you will help create seamless payment experiences for ZEISS customers while shaping the future payment strategy of an international technology leader. **Your role** ============= * Develop, implement, and continuously enhance digital payment solutions across the ZEISS Group and its global entities * Translate business requirements into scalable payment concepts and drive their successful implementation and rollout internationally * Contribute to the development of ZEISS' global digital payments strategy and support the evolution of customer-centric payment ecosystems * Manage workstreams and sub-projects in international, cross-functional transformation and IT initiatives using agile methodologies * Collaborate closely with Business and Corporate Functions, Shared Service Centers, IT teams and external service providers as well as financial institutions * Support program leadership by preparing decision proposals, business analyses, and management presentations * Drive process optimization initiatives across Treasury, Accounting, and Finance-related payment processes * Ensure stable operation and support of implemented payment solutions in cooperation with global stakeholders * Develop and monitor KPIs and provide management reporting on project progress and operational performance **Your profile** ================ * Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Economics, or a comparable qualification * Several years of professional experience (typically 4–6 years) in digital payments, e-commerce, process excellence, ERP, fintech, digital business, treasury or related areas * Experience working in international business environments and managing stakeholders across different cultures and functions * Practical experience in agile project management and the delivery of complex cross-functional initiatives * Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions * Excellent communication and influencing skills in international and interdisciplinary environments * Ability to successfully navigate change and manage resistance within transformation programs * Experience leading cross-functional project teams without formal disciplinary responsibility * Highly structured, independent, and results-oriented working style * Strong implementation mindset combined with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement * Fluent English language skills; German language skills are considered a plus **Your ZEISS journey** At ZEISS, you will be part of a global network of experts dedicated to innovation and excellence.
