The Manager, Leadership & Learning is responsible for designing and delivering leadership and capability‑building initiatives that strengthen supply chain performance, enable transformation, and support a high‑performing, future‑ready organization. This role partners closely with global supply chain leaders, HR, and transformation teams to ensure leadership and learning solutions align with enterprise priorities and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and execution of leadership and learning strategies that support Global Supply Chain strategy, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence.
* Partner with Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted learning and development solutions.
* Develop and deliver global leadership programs, workshops, and learning pathways aligned to current and future supply chain needs.
* Manage learning initiatives across regions, ensuring consistency while allowing for local business and cultural considerations.
* Measure effectiveness of leadership and learning programs using defined metrics and adjust approaches to maximize impact.
* Collaborate with HR, Talent, and external partners to integrate best practices and innovative learning approaches.
* Support change management and transformation efforts by embedding learning into strategic programs and initiatives.
Qualifications
_Education_
* Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field).
* Master’s degree (MBA, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or related field) preferred.
_Experience and Skills_
Required:
* Minimum of 6–8 years of progressive experience in leadership development, learning, organizational development, or a related field, ideally within supply chain, operations, or a complex global organization.
* Demonstrated experience designing and delivering leadership and learning programs that support business strategy and transformation.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.
* Experience working in a global or matrixed environment.
Preferred:
* Experience supporting large‑scale transformation or change initiatives within supply chain or operations.
* Familiarity with adult learning principles, leadership frameworks, and learning technologies.
* Experience collaborating with external vendors or consultants on learning solutions.
* Background in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar).
* Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
Other:
* Language: English required; additional languages preferred but not required.
* Travel: Limited; 20% - 30%, including occasional international travel.
* Certifications: Leadership development, coaching, or learning certifications preferred.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business to establish a standalone orthopedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. **The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
153,000.00 USD annual
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
ubject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
