**Roles & Responsibilities:** * To ensure Reliability of Tire Building Equipment's through **PM**, **PdM** and **breakdown maintenance** activities by implementing **GPS - RE methodology.** * Responsible for **driving a crew of mechanical technician, Asst Manager Mechanical, Senior Officer Mechanical.** * Analysis of shift breakdown through **why and RCFA.** * Implementation of good Countermeasures on breakdown.  * **Shift management** of mechanical team. * Able to achieve reliability goals by improvement in **MTTR & MTBF.** * Coordination within the Business Center with production and quality team to achieve plant's goal. * **Identity obsolete equipment's parts and its plan to upgrade.** * Repeated issues analysis and improvement activities Responsible for waste controls, spare parts management & engineering cost control. * Carry out **planned maintenance and predictive maintenance** activities. * Ability to handle project work especially upgrade of tire building machines.  * **Must have good knowledge of VMI tire building machines and Steelastic cutter machines.** **Skills & Experience Required:** * **Degree in Mechanical Engineering with min experience of 13 - 15 years in tire building area.** * **Must have good knowledge of VMI tire building machines and Steelastic cutter machines.** Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
