Manager - Operations Digital Finance

**Job Description Summary** About the role: The Manager – Digital Finance Operations is responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of digital finance operations running smoothly for the Aladdin application. This role involves managing end-to-end processes and driving new projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability within the digital finance function.   **Job Description** **Key Requirements:** * Ensure smooth and efficient execution of digital processes for Aladdin application, meeting quality standards and compliance requirements. * Managing end-to-end digital finance process and month-end close activities for the Aladdin application, while identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. * Performing variance analysis, troubleshooting to address the queries, sharing the impact assessment with stakeholders and recommending solutions based on the findings. * Act as a process owner, ensuring standardization, documentation and adherence to internal controls and governance frameworks. * Drive new projects and initiatives, including process automation, system enhancements, digital transformation and continuous improvement programs. * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution. * Support change management activities, including new product launches, regulatory updates and process migrations. * Identify and implement best practices in digital finance and operations to improve efficiency, accuracy and customer experience. **Essential Requirements:** * Over 6 years of experience with CMA/CA/MBA qualification * Hands on experience with SAP, BI and Power BI. * Understanding of Novartis master data structures and governance would be an advantage * Understanding of the data flows from SAP to BI solutions * Ability to understand the business requirements and translate to the IT for appropriate solutions **Desirable Requirements:** * Excellent communication skills, experience to communicate with business leaders through all level of organization. * Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and adapting to continuous system changes.   **Skills Desired** Critical Thinking, Data Visualization, Employee Engagement, Insight Generation, Managing Ambiguity, Market Understanding, Process Optimization
