Manager - Supply Jioads

**About the Role** The Supply vertical within JioAds is responsible for developing a complete picture of viewership and supply across Owned and Operated (O&O) apps as well as third-party publishers. This role is critical in ensuring the understanding and availability of audience signals, a key element of the advertiser and agency pitch. The individual will collaborate closely with Publisher, Product, Sales, and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to analyse market demand and optimize the publisher ecosystem, inventory, and audience signals. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Strategy & Performance Optimization** * Drive actionable insights by monitoring viewership, inventory, and audience profiles across O&O and third-party publishers. * Project viewership and inventory across all publishers, factoring in O&O team plans and seasonality, to drive consistent performance throughout the year. **2\. Partnership & Ecosystem Management** * Collaborate extensively with Publisher teams to ensure consistent communication and drive inventory growth and reach. * Develop a comprehensive repository of ad assets, including specifications, tracking capabilities, and platform features across the publisher ecosystem. **3\. Product & Demand Integration** * Partner with Product and AdTech teams to influence roadmap priorities based on evolving customer and market needs. * Analyse demand-side trends to understand advertiser and category requirements, creating a closed-loop feedback system with the Supply team. * Curate a database of available audience signals and develop customized signals to meet specific advertiser or category demands. **Preferred Education & Experience** * MBA from a premier institute. * 5-7 years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy, Ad Sales Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Brand Strategy, or Media Planning. * Experience in Digital Advertising, Media, OTT, Technology Platforms, or Advertising Sales ecosystems. * Prior experience in management consulting firms, media strategy teams, advertising platforms, or high-growth digital businesses.
