You too can make a difference._ **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------ To contribute to The Bank's and Card Business profitability by: * Achieving multi-channel sales target on cards acquisitions. * Proactively participating in joint discussions with each channel to develop cards sales plan and strategy. * Working with managers to plan daily/weekly/monthly sales activities as per sales plan and strategy. * Managing, coordinating and synergizing events for cards sales acquisition * Providing support to channels to achieve sales target. * Preparing and updating monthly planner to line manager on timely basis. To comply to the code of ethics of the financial services and professional conduct by: * Maintaining a professional appearance & approach on and off business hours. * Observing all laws and regulations governing the Bank's business and profession. * Treating all customer's information as confidential. * Complying with POPA 2010, FSA 2013 and other related acts as governed by regulatory bodied. * All other related task instructed by management. Complaint Handling * To ensure that all complaints are escalated to direct reporting and handled accordingly as per the internal guidelines on complaints handling. Job Requirements ---------------- * Possess Diploma in related fields & above. * Sales oriented, result oriented, effective individual, self-motivated, multitasking * Skilled at building relationships with multi-channels, coaching, managing processes. * Ability to work under pressure. * Possess character of winning culture, result and effectiveness oriented, led by example.
