Manager Technical Readiness

**Job Description Summary:** This role is responsible for delivering outcomes associated with the Technical Readiness Leader position in a major FMCG brownfield manufacturing project. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities -------------------- * Lead technical readiness strategy and gate reviews. * Coordinate FAT/SAT, commissioning and qualification activities. * Ensure validation and documentation readiness. * Manage startup technical risks. * Support troubleshooting during ramp-up. Success Measures ---------------- * On-time technical readiness. * Successful qualification/validation. * Minimal startup losses. * Stable process performance.
