Manual QA Engineer

### What you'll do * Test new features and verify bug fixes. * Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing. * Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other QA documentation. * Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios before development is completed. * Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman. * Verify data using SQL. * Reproduce reported issues and work with developers to investigate root causes. * Participate in refinement sessions, and release testing. * Help improve our testing processes and increase overall test coverage. ### Requirements ### What we're looking for * 2+ years of experience in Manual QA. * Experience testing web applications. * Experience with Salesforce. * Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle. * Strong knowledge of test design techniques. * Experience creating test documentation from scratch. * Experience working with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools). * Familiarity with browser DevTools. * Experience testing REST APIs. * Basic SQL knowledge. * Experience with DB Testing (Postgres, MySQL). * Experience with CI/CD products. * Basic understanding of Git. * Good communication skills and attention to detail. * English level sufficient for daily communication. * Experience testing complex enterprise applications. ### Nice to have * Basic knowledge of automation testing (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, etc.). * Linux experience. ### Engagement Type * Contractor position.
