Manufacturing Associate - Dalton, GA
**Position Overview**

Shaw Industries is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our manufacturing and distribution teams. Associates in these roles play a key part in producing and transporting high-quality flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers.
We are hiring for multiple positions within our manufacturing facility, including:
* **Production Associate**
* **Creeler**
* **Creeler Operator**
* **Utility Relief**
* **Lift Truck Operator (LTO)**
* **Machine Operator**
**Shift 3**
Sunday - Thursday
11:00pm-7:00am
Shaw Industries will provide training to help you develop your skills and grow within the company. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
**Key Responsibilities**
Depending on the assigned department and role, your duties may include:
* Each role has different lifting, reach, and physical movement requirements. Typical requirements include the ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively.
* May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position.
* Must be able to lift a minimum of 15lbs - 50lbs.
* Maintain cleanliness in assigned work areas, including production floors and staging zones.
**General**
* Follow all safety, attendance, and performance policies.
* Participate in shift communication and team efforts to maintain workflow.
* Work necessary overtime as required by production demands.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or team leads.
**Qualifications and Physical Requirements**
* Ability to sit, stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull repetitively.
* Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs. - 50 lbs**.**, occasionally more depending on role.
* Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
