Your work will contribute to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. **A day in the Life:** * Prepare detailed plan of Sterile departments and VI department operations to ensure flawless execution. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices. * Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards. * Optimize processes flow to increase departments capacity. **Keys to Success:** * Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment. **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Candidates with a technical diploma and significant relevant experience in the role will also be considered. **Experience** * Experience in sterile manufacturing and/or planning environments is helpful. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities** * Outstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes and visual inspection activities. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols. **Physical Requirements / Work Environment** * Ability to stand for extended periods. * Capability to lift up to 25 kg. * Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines. **Benefits** We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
