Manufacturing Principal Engineer

Job Description **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise daily process engineering activities on the CDU assembly line. * Ensure that all manufacturing processes operate within defined parameters, meet quality standards, and continuously improve in efficiency and stability. * Monitor and enforce standard operation procedures and work instructions for each CDU assembly station. * Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, scrap, rework and defect rates. * Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting to production when process issues arise. * Specify, validate and maintain assembly fixtures and tooling. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree at least, master’s preferred. * 5+years of experience in data center related products or cold plates manufacturing process engineering. * Hands-on experience with lean tools and strong problem-solving skills. * Deep knowledge of production manufacturing processes, brazing, leak testing, assembly and so on. * Good organizational and coordination skills and service awareness. * Good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
