JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION Marketing Executive – Channel Marketing and PoS LOCATION Head Office, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra REPORTS TO Head of Marketing DIRECT REPORTS NA DEPARTMENT Marketing COUNTRY India DATE August 19, 2026 BACKGROUND We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented marketing professional to support the planning, production, and execution of marketing, promotional, and branding initiatives across channels. This role will work closely with Sales, Product, Design, and external vendors to manage marketing collaterals, dealer branding creatives, flagship clinic branding projects, events, on-ground activations, and inventory distribution. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in channel marketing and marketing collateral management, strong communication and coordination skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to drive projects efficiently with a hands-on approach. Hands-on experience of ERP tools like Navision will be an added advantage KEY RESPONSIBILITIES \- Planning and production of marketing, promotion and branding materials. \- Coordinate with the Sales team to understand their marketing requests and help the team with the order placement and dispatch \- Vendor Management for all vendors related to Marketing Procurements \- Manage Flagship Clinic Branding Project \- Innovate PoS, Merchandise, Certificates, Gifts, Offline Branding \- Manage Launch and other eventsSupport Sales and Product teams in On-ground activations \- Manage the marketing inventory and help distribute marketing inventories. \- Co-ordinate with Designer for all dealer related digital promotional/branding creatives including posters, banners, product images and literature, product videos  DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Excellent Communication skills. Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT). 2-5 Years experience in channel marketing and marketing collaterals management Hands-on experience of ERP tools like Navision will be an added advantage #LI-RESOUND
