### Position: Marketing Lead ### Location: Remote (Philippines) ### Job Type: Full time Work Schedule: 9:00 am- 5:00 pm (Pacific Standard Time) Base Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 PHP per month ### Role Overview Were looking for a Marketing Lead who can take ownership of growth and help scale our Infrastructure and Proxy business (Squidproxies.com) through creative, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a smart, motivated marketer with proven experience driving measurable business results. Someone who can quickly understand our products, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies that directly impact revenue. ### Key Responsibilities: ### Growth Strategy & Execution * Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels that drive qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. * Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and sales growth. * Continuously experiment with new marketing opportunities and growth initiatives using a data-driven approach. * Collaborate closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with company objectives. ### Campaign Management * Launch and manage marketing campaigns (including Google Ads) across various digital channels. * Evaluate campaign performance, generate insights, and continuously optimize based on data. * Oversee creative development ensuring consistent and engaging messaging. * Collaborate with the team to develop compelling marketing materials. * Strengthen brand awareness and positioning on various digital platforms. ### Market Research & Analytics * Analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and inform future campaigns. * Use strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities, evaluate marketing performance, and support business decisions. * Research competitors, trends, and emerging marketing opportunities in the tech space. * Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to improve campaign performance, productivity, and marketing workflows. ### Collaboration & Leadership * Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. * Contribute to overall marketing direction and long-term strategy as the team grows. ### Requirements: * At least 2+ years of marketing experience. * Experience working in a tech startup, software, SaaS, or digital products environment. * Experience managing or optimizing Google Ads campaigns. * Demonstrated success in growing a business or sales pipeline from scratch through self-driven marketing initiatives * Strong analytical skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools and metrics. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.
