The role involves handling B2B/project sales in the infrastructure and construction sector, including highway products, fabrication, and waterproofing solutions. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute marketing & sales strategiesIdentify and generate new business opportunitiesManage client relationships (EPC contractors, consultants, builders)Handle project sales, client meetings, and site visitsPrepare proposals, tenders, and negotiationsAchieve sales targets and revenue growthAnalyze market trends and competitor activities Qualification:B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)English Medium background preferred Experience:210 years in Marketing/SalesExperience in building materials / infrastructure / construction industry preferred Key Skills:Strong communication & negotiation skillsKnowledge of B2B / project salesUnderstanding of highway projects, infrastructure, or construction chemicalsAbility to manage clients and business development activities Preferred:Experience in Noise Barriers / Bridge Products / Waterproofing / FabricationExposure to EPC / NHAI / Infrastructure projects
