Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Master Scheduler** located in **Guadalajara North.**_ _Reporting to the Materials Manager the **Master Scheduler** role involves is responsible for working with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime._   **What a typical day looks like:** * _Create daily production schedules._ * _Supervise that deadlines are met._ * _Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization._ * _Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management._ * _Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues._ * _Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime._ * _Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials._ * _Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization._ * _Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage._ * _Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues._ * _Provide training to staff members as required._ * _Report key metrics as required._   **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _Bachelor’s degree._ * _Experience Mid or Sr in materials, planning, purchasing, supply chain._ * _Bilingual (Business English)._ * _Knowledge in dependent demand and independent demand._ * _BAAN system._ * _Kinaxis._ * _BOM's Materials._ * _Demand planning._ * _Experience in Customer Service._ * _Advanced  excel._ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * _Competitive Salary._ * _Life & Medical insurance._ * _Christmas Bonus._ * _Food Coupons._ * _Saving Fund._ GM13 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
