Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Master Scheduler** located in **Guadalajara, North Site**. The Master Scheduler role involves responsible for working with the materials and planning teams to ensure on-time and efficient deliveries of final product, with zero downtime. **What a typical day looks like:** * Create daily production schedules * Supervise that deadlines are met. * Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization * Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management * Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues. * Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime * Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials * Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization * Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage. * Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues * Provide training to staff members as required * Report key metrics as required **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * BS degree in Administration, Engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related. * Solid experience in production control * Knowledge of planning * Intermediate English * Experience in data analysis * Advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of MRP (Baan) * Experience with inventory and continuous improvement during implementations * Work order management * Logical reasoning * Communication skills * Schedule availability * Work under pressure. * Organized **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary * Life & Medical insurance * Christmas Bonus * Food Coupons * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance AU51 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
