Material Handler 2 – Pdc Batch Kitting

**Work Schedule** Standard (Mon-Fri) **Environmental Conditions** Warehouse **Job Description** **Position Objective** To prepare, verify and deliver PDC & DPM batches that support Cell Culture Media manufacturing. Ensure materials are accurately picked, staged and supplied on time while maintaining GMP compliance, inventory accuracy and a safe working environment. **Essential Functions** * Pick, verify and kit materials in accordance with production schedules, SOPs and batch documentation. * Accurately perform inventory transactions using ERP systems and barcode scanners. * Stage and deliver completed kits to manufacturing on time. * Return unused materials and maintain full material traceability. * Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives. * Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials or stock shortages promptly. * Operate material handling equipment safely (where authorised). * Maintain GMP, GDP, EHS and 5S standards within warehouse and kitting areas. * Prioritise workload to meet production requirements and changing business needs. * Support continuous improvement activities to enhance safety, quality and efficiency. * Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality and Warehouse teams. * Perform additional duties as assigned by management. **Knowledge, Skills & Experience** * Experience in warehouse, logistics or manufacturing within a GMP environment preferred. * Knowledge of inventory control and material traceability. * Experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and handheld scanners. * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. * Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication skills with a commitment to safety and quality.
