You’ll work with a team to move, track, and ship materials accurately and safely. Hours: Days: 6a-6p 2-2-3 Schedule Nights: 6p - 6a 2-2-3 Schedule PLUS $2 shift premium **Daily responsibilities include:** * Receive, pick, pack, and ship materials * Maintain accurate inventory (cycle counts, stock rotation) * Use warehouse systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting * Read and follow work instructions and basic blueprints * Perform data entry and basic computer tasks * Identify and help resolve inventory discrepancies * Support multiple areas through cross-training **What We’re Looking For** We’re looking for reliable team players who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy and safety. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Experience with basic material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) * Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools * Basic computer/data entry skills * Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to safely lift and move materials **What Makes You a Great Fit** * Team-oriented and dependable * Strong work ethic and positive attitude * Willingness to learn and be cross-trained * Focus on safety and quality **Work Environment** * Manufacturing/warehouse setting * Exposure to noise, temperature changes, and production materials * Work near moving equipment (with safety protocols in place) * Shift-based schedules with potential overtime **Why You’ll Love Working Here** * Stable, growing company * Supportive team environment * Opportunities to build new skills * Be part of products used in real-world buildings across North America **Our Benefits** We care about and invest in our employees.
