Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking for a **Material Planning Analyst** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus**. Reporting to the Planning Manager, responsible for publishing and tracking production plans, material flows on the production floor and responsible for inventory control throughout the supply chain. What a typical day looks like: * Assists in checking data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphs and charts based on data analysis. * May assist in preparing recommendations to management based on data analysis. * Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data. * May create and/or maintain databases in support of data collection. * Data Auditing. Questions and resolves data integrity issues, including but not limited to budgets. * Proactively identifies and raises potential parameter-related issues. * Where appropriate, suggests process and communication improvements related to metrics tracking activities. * Tracks financial performance of materials and initiates corrective actions when necessary. * Create weekly manufacturing orders that include all customer parts. * Receive data entry for customers * Maintain content list and item master. * Direct customer contact * Ensure scheduling efficiency with the use of CTB (Clear to Build). The experience we are looking for to join our team: * BA/BS or equivalent work experience. * Experience related to the electronics manufacturing industry. * Experience in the position of Planner scheduler. * Intermediate-advanced experience with databases such as Kinaxis. * Intermediate-advanced Excel. * Knowledge of BaaN and FlexFlow indispensable. * Intermediate// advanced English.
