Job Summary ----------- _To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Material Planning Analyst** located in Guadalajara, North Campus._ _The Material Planning Analyst role involves managing and planning customer demand, data analysis to support multiple areas within the materials function to ensure on time and efficient deliveries._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Track the materials team performance through diverse reports._ * _Manage excess and obsolete analysis and implement corrective actions when required._ * _Present “Bill Of Materials” analysis to the customer._ * _Work closely to program management and materials management areas._ * _Release the MRP execution to purchasing in a weekly basis._ * _Analyze the demand from customers and based on materials availability, determine if the customer’s demand can be built (availability and schedules)._ * _Upload data at MRP system: following the guidelines provided by materials and program management considering customer’s demand information._ * _Work closely with purchasing team to improve material arrivals._ * _Awareness and tracking of lead times._ * _Analyze and authorize ECOs (engineering change orders) to Product Engineering team._ * _Inventory data projection._ * _Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts._ * _May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the research of data._ * _Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _Related Electronics manufacturing industry experience._ * _Strong experience using Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and process tracking._ * _Strong experience in materials such as: supply chain, purchasing, material planning, etc._ * _BA/BS or equivalent degree._ * _Strong data analysis knowledge._ * _Strong MRP knowledge._ * _Advanced English._ * _Advanced Excel._ * _Assertive communication skills to internal and external customer: verbal and written._ * _Able to build strong relationships._ * _Strong Experience on efficient control._ * _Strong organizational and time management skills._ * _Experience with Databases such as Kinaxis._ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
