Material Planning Business Partner

_**JOB PURPOSE /** MỤC ĐÍCH CÔNG VIỆC:_  * Key account for working with Supply Chain Liquid APU Business Partner for master production scheduling, volatility in short/long range, risks anticipation and co-ordinate with other stakeholders for optimal resolution on Solid products.  * Manage material requirement planning (MRP) for Liquid products to align with short term and long-term master production schedule (MPS).   * Proactive coordination with stakeholders (internal/ external) on supply problem solving.  _**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES /** NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:_  * Manage monthly MRP of Liquid products, release purchase orders, periodic rolling forecast update to external vendors (the horizon of forecast will depend on market supply lead time + minimum 6 – 12 months forecast) and internal Opella’s APIs supply network via Kinaxis system (with 24 months rolling forecast).  * Manage material delivery schedule based on vendor confirmations, follow up BOL and progress of customs clearance, tax duty till receiving material to ensure material replenishment as expected plan follow inventory policies (IDM).  * Manage the import permit for imported components (API, excipients, packaging) which comply with Pharma law, Cosmetics regulation, Custom regulatory to avoid short notice situation.  * Manage SKU portfolios, slow moving & obsolescent inventory (SLOB) and make monthly provision for responsible components.  * Responsible for MRP parameters on SAP based on assigned MRP controller and ensure consistency between material master & all relevant module (PIR/ Production version/ Quota management).  * Coordinate with Global buyer network and vendors to ensure procurement process runs smoothly without risk to supply interruption (purchasing price changes, supply interruptions, or other constraints).  * Coordinate with Warehouse – QTP – QC – Logistics to ensure good receipts and release plan.  * Responsible for Liquid RPMs issues and return process if required.  * Follow up suppliers’ OTIF and evaluate supplier’s performance.   * Monthly or adhoc prepare related Liquid RPMs data for cashflow, inventory and provision.  * Request and follow up related change control, implement works of change control as assigned.  * Involve in Halal self-inspection and control Halal’s material.  * Perform tasks as assigned of Line Manager.  _**QUALIFICATION /** KIẾN THỨC, KỸ NĂNG VÀ KINH NGHIỆM:_  **Education /** _Trình độ học vấn_  University Degree related to Economic fields (Finance; Business Administration, Foreign trade, Industrial Management, Supply chain Management).  **Related experience/** _Kinh nghiêm liên quan_  * Experience in procurement and master production schedule  * Proficient in the use of computer applications and Supply chain tools (SAP, Kinaxis, MS Dynamic, other ERP systems).  * FMCG, Pharma or Food industries experience.   * GMP basic knowledge experience (referable).  **Core Competencies/** _Năng lực_ _chính_   * Fluency in Business English.  * Strong analytical skills.  * Problem solving.  * Self-motivation.  * Team working.  * Good communication.  * Optimization mindset.   * Agility.  * Working under pressure.
