Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Materials Supervisor** located in **Guadalajara,** **North Campus.** _Reporting to Test Engineering Manager, the_ **Materials Supervisor,** _i_s responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the site Materials management, covering the full spectrum of Purchasing, Planning and Inventory management. **What a typical day looks like:** * Assist with implementation of the site materials management policies and procedures   * Ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements while maintaining acceptable inventory levels  * Develop materials schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering  * Assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team (required):** * _Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience._ * _A background in manufacturing._ * _Experience in materials management._ * _Experience in inventory management._ * _Knowledge and use of Excel._ * _Knowledge of database management_ * _Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar._ * _Personnel Management_ * _Experience with test equipment, preventive maintenance, and calibration control._ * _Flexible schedule availability_ * _English is a plus_ * _Experiencie in testing and automation is a must._ **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary * Life & Medical Insurance * Christmas Bonus * Food Coupons * Saving Fund. * Life Insurance GM13 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
