Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on heavy-duty diesel equipment * Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems * Ensure equipment is safe, reliable, and compliant with company standards * Maintain accurate service records and documentation * Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete work efficiently **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair diesel engines and heavy equipment * Proficiency with tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair procedures * Strong commitment to safety and preventative maintenance practices * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level **What We Offer** * $26.88 - $35.50 per hour * Benefits through the Company for Medical, Dental, and Vision * Union Pension * Company paid vacation, and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
