Mechanic Helper

Now Hiring a Mechanic Helper in Elkhart, IN **Hourly Pay:** $24 per hour **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 3:30PM start time. Duties & Responsibilities: * Clean trucks, containers, and equipment using pressure washers and other tools as directed. * Perform general facility maintenance and custodial duties. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards. * Implement and manage a truck wash schedule to ensure consistent cleanliness. * Sweep floors, organize parts, and assist with keeping the wash bay and surrounding areas orderly. * Assist in basic shop tasks, including training to perform tire replacements and retorque procedures. Requirements: * Ability to work independently and follow instructions. * Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments. * Experience operating pressure washers is preferred. * Mechanically inclined.
