Lead mechanical design of robotic grippers, humanoid subsystems, and diagnostic instrument hardware. 2\. Create detailed CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings with full GD&T specification. 3\. Run FEA simulations for structural, thermal, and fatigue analysis on critical components. 4\. Own tolerance stack-up analysis across multi-part mechanical assemblies. 5\. Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews with vendors and in-house teams. 6\. Build and test functional prototypes; iterate designs based on validation and field data. 7\. Coordinate with electronics, firmware, and industrial design teams for fully integrated product builds. 8\. B.Tech or M.Tech in mechanical engineering or a related discipline. 2\. 0–2 years of experience in mechanical design for robotics, medical devices, or precision hardware. 3\. Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, Creo, or equivalent CAD platforms. 4\. Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis. 5\. Hands-on experience with FEA using ANSYS or equivalent tools for structural and thermal analysis. 6\. Experience taking designs from prototype to production-ready, manufacturable parts. 7\. Working knowledge of sheet metal, machining, injection molding, DFM, and DFA. 8\. Prior experience designing mechanical systems for robotics or humanoid platforms is preferred. 9\. Experience with actuator, gripper, or manipulator mechanical design is an advantage. 10\. Exposure to medical device or IVD hardware design and compliance standards is preferred. 11\. Familiarity with rapid prototyping methods, including 3D printing and CNC machining. 12\. Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive designs from concept to production. 13\. Excellent attention to detail in engineering drawings, tolerances, and documentation. 14\. Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers. 15\.
