Mechanical Draftsman

We are seeking a highly skilled **Mechanical Draftsman** with strong expertise in **Revit** to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing detailed mechanical drawings and models, with a solid understanding of MEP systems and industry standards. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed **mechanical drawings and shop drawings** using Revit and AutoCAD * Develop **3D models and BIM coordination drawings** for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems * Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure accuracy and coordination * Review and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions * Ensure all drawings comply with **local authority regulations and company standards** * Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines * Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions * Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field * Minimum **5 years of experience** as a Mechanical Draftsman in the UAE (preferred) * Strong proficiency in **Revit** and **AutoCAD** **(mandatory)**  * Experience in **MEP drafting and BIM coordination** * Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems * Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations (DEWA, DM, etc.) is a plus * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects * Competitive salary package * Visa and medical insurance * Opportunity to work on high-profile projects * Professional growth and development
