Mechanical Lead

**Job Description Summary:**  Coordinate maintenance and preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and support smooth production operations while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. **Job Description:** * Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance in accordance to the target time and results. * Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing mechanical equipment. * Maintain all work equipment and environment cleanliness within the work location. * Coordinate the implementation of projects related to the scope of work. * Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and ensure corrective action is carried out when deviations occur. * Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies. * Ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP. * Implementing quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, etc.) * Conduct improvements by modifying equipment/machines. * Lead, develop and ensure the disciple of employees in the mechanical section. * Review, evaluate and submit monthly report. * Recommend improvements (if any) related to reports from officers / foreman. **Job Requirements:** * Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or any related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in palm oil manufacturing or related production environment. * Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment, preventive maintenance, and maintenance planning, maintenance project management and equipment improvement. * Familiar with SAP and maintenance management systems. * Knowledge of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D\_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP) is an advantage. * Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person."**
