Drive equipment reliability and maintenance strategy** Develop and improve machine standards, maintenance strategies, and technical documentation to enhance equipment reliability, durability, and process stability while optimizing maintenance costs. **2\. Provide technical support for maintenance operations** Support maintenance teams by developing maintenance plans, monitoring machine technical parameters (MTP), analyzing equipment performance, and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurring failures. **3\. Develop maintenance capabilities and continuous improvement** Strengthen maintenance competencies through coaching, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing while driving initiatives to improve equipment availability, TRS, and maintenance efficiency. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **Required** * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields * Experience in maintenance engineering, reliability engineering, manufacturing, or industrial operations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Understanding of preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and industrial maintenance methodologies * Good communication and collaboration skills * Business proficiency in Thai and English **Preferred** * Experience with maintenance planning, Machine Technical Parameters (MTP), or reliability improvement projects * Knowledge of TRS/OEE, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement methodologies * Experience in manufacturing or industrial production environment
