### **Job Description Summary:** Responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring mechanization activities to improve productivity and operational efficiency through the optimal utilization of equipment, while ensuring the effective implementation of mechanization initiatives. ### **Job Description:** * Plan and implement mechanization programs to improve operator productivity and work efficiency. * Supervise the utilization of mechanization equipment to ensure optimal use. * Analyze mechanization requirements and provide recommendations for equipment procurement and development. * Coordinate with the operations, engineering, and central workshop teams regarding equipment usage schedules, maintenance, and repairs. * Monitor equipment performance based on operational data, including productivity, downtime, fuel consumption, and operating costs (Running Account). * Support pilot projects, partial rollouts, and the monitoring of mechanization implementation at PSM. * Provide local adaptation recommendations to ensure smooth and effective implementation. * Monitor the progress of mechanization implementation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders. * Control the mechanization budget and ensure resources are utilized according to plan. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards and operational procedures. * Prepare periodic reports and evaluations on the effectiveness of mechanization programs and recommend improvements. ### **Job Requirements:** * Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in mechanization, engineering, workshop operations, plantation operations, or heavy equipment management, preferably in the palm oil industry. * Willing to be assigned to the company's operational sites as required. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
