**✨What You'll Be Doing:**
* Getting Patients Ready to Shine – Prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care!
* Hands-On Clinical Work – Administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures like wound care, suture removal, and more.
* Tech Savvy & Detail-Oriented – Keep patient records up to date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
* Team Player Extraordinaire – Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running like a well-oiled machine.
* Patient Educator – Help patients understand their treatment plans, new medications, and follow-up care.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program
* Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – Required at time of hire and must be maintained.
* Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
* Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, and Injections – You’ll be giving shots like a pro!
* Strong Problem-Solving Skills – You think on your feet and adapt quickly.
* Excellent Organization & Time Management – You keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
* Customer Service Rockstar – Patients feel comfortable and cared for in your hands.
* Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.
* Radiology Certification (if applicable) – If the role requires X-ray functions, you must have radiology training from your MA program or a validated competency checklist.
