About the Position: This position is located in Honolulu, Hawaii at Tripler Army Medical Center in various departments. Tripler Army Medical Center is a tobacco-free workplace. Tobacco products include, but are not limited to, smoking, smokeless tobacco, and electronic nicotine delivery devices. Major Duties: - Receive patients and visitors as the initial point of contact in person or telephonically. - Enter, manipulate, and/or retrieve information and data from various automated systems. - Resolve complaints of a local administrative nature and refer other complaints to appropriate authorities. - Maintain both electronic and paper patient records. - Coordinate and/or schedule patient appointments with various clinics or at other medical treatment facilities.
