Please [click here](https://www.shrinerschildrens.org/en/locations?listPage=1) to learn more about our locations. **Job Description** The Medical Technologist analyzes and report lab values as part of the interdisciplinary care of our patients.  Diagnostic procedures performed may include chemistry, microbiology, hemostasis, hematology, blood banking, urinalysis and phlebotomy. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provides oversight over technical lab operations * Reviews patient results as well as related records such as quality control and instrument correlations * Analyzes and reports all lab tests requested on patients **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor of Medical Technology, CLS or Science * 1 year Clinical Laboratory * MLT (ASCP), CLS or Equivalent certification * Med. Tech license in state of practice Compensation is determined based on years of relevant experience and departmental equity.
